FENDI unveiled its Spring/Summer 2017 women's collection at 12:30 PM local time on September 22nd. Inspired by a modern Rococo muse, the collection featured silhouettes accented with aprons revealing lingerie and gowns with bows. Sorbet-like colors like apricot, blush pink, and pale mint were combined with stripes of scarlet, burgundy, and marigold for a sporty feel. Other motifs included French garden florals, embossed metalwork, and argyle knit. The brand's iconic "Pequin" stripe also featured. Accessories included the new "Kan I" bag, adorned with candy-colored studs, rosettes, floral patterns, and ribbons. A slightly longer stretch ankle boot with stripes and grosgrain ribbons was also included.
