Japanese eyewear brand Megane and Me has released its first frameless sunglasses, "QUINN" (35,000 yen). Megane and Me, a designer eyewear brand created by eyewear designer Sayaka Tsukagoshi, debuted in 2014 with its 2013 collection. Each pair is carefully crafted in Fukui Prefecture, a major eyewear production area, using high-quality acetate and precious deadstock vintage acetate. While the design is pop, the brand values traditional eyewear craftsmanship, showcasing a worldview that blends seemingly contradictory elements, such as casual and elegant, and classic and modern. This time, the brand's first rimless sunglasses are available in a collection themed around the postmodern 1980s. The rimless design, created using three-dimensional lens cutting technology, achieves a cloud-like shape and lightness. Available in three colors: brown and gold, dark gray and silver, and light gray and silver.
