Following on from London and Seoul, Dior has opened its new flagship store, "House of Dior Ginza," which brings together all of the brand's products, in a corner of Ginza Six, which opened in Ginza 6-chome.

The store spans five floors, from the basement to the fourth floor. Located along Chuo-dori Avenue, it features an impressive facade with four large windows on a wall that resembles overlapping white fabric. Stepping in from the first floor, a seven-meter-high atrium creates an open and airy space. The modern white interior was designed by architect Peter Marino, just like Dior boutiques around the world.


The spacious basement floor will be lavishly used to display Dior Homme. It will offer a wide selection of clothing, shoes, leather goods, and accessories, as well as a "Demi-Messure" service that allows customers to have their suits and shirts semi-custom made. At the time of the store's opening, the store will also be offering collaboration items with German headphone manufacturer Sennheiser. This is Dior Homme's first collaboration, and the black and red headphones and amplifiers are a must-see. To commemorate the opening, the 2017 Pre-Fall Collection, which was unveiled before the rest of the world, as well as exclusive items will also be available. The first floor features a beautiful geometric black and white coal floor, and is home to the latest collections of leather goods, accessories, fine jewelry, and watches. To commemorate the opening, limited-edition Ginza Six items will be available, including the "La Mini des de Dior" watch (495,000 yen) and the "Dior Ondé 1" sunglasses (pink only, Ginza store exclusive, 46,000 yen). The "Jardin Japonais" capsule collection, inspired by the Japan-inspired afternoon ensemble unveiled by Monsieur Dior in 1953, will also be available at the House of Dior Ginza. The capsule collection, based on smoky floral prints, features a wide range of ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, and accessories. The second floor, where art pieces by contemporary artist Trick Kiswanson adorn the walls, displays women's shoes and bags. The third floor is for women's ready-to-wear, offering the latest lineup from collection pieces designed by artistic director Maria Grazia Chiuri to everyday wear. The fourth floor houses the home collection "Dior MAISON" and the cafe "Cafe Dior by Pierre Herme," both of which are appearing in Japan for the first time. Dior MAISON sells linen products, tableware, stationery, and more, and some items not available in stores can also be ordered. This is the cafe's second branch after Seoul, and customers can enjoy original menus made with Japanese ingredients.
