INTERSECT BY LEXUS-TOKYO (4-21-26 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo), Toyota's brand hub for Lexus, celebrated its first anniversary in August with the "SUPER PROGRESSORS: Leslie Kee x Lexus" exhibition in the first-floor garage from September 29 to October 17 (excluding October 7-10). Photographer Leslie Kee will be showcasing photographs of Aoyama's leading creators. The subjects include journalist Yoshiko Ikoma, stylists Atsushi Okubo and Kyoko Tanaka, ANTEPRIMA creative director Izumi Ogino, and flower artist Nicolai Bergmann. The exhibition space was produced by Junji Tanigawa of the spatial creative company JTQ. Intersect by Lexus Tokyo opened on August 30, 2013 as "a place where people, cities, and cars intersect." It features a coffee stand created in collaboration with Norwegian coffee bar FUGLEN, a bistro with food director Daichi Tajima, and hosts exhibitions and events.
