American watch brand Hamilton is launching its women's collection in Japan. A launch event was held on the 26th at Andaz Tokyo in Toranomon, Tokyo. Founded over 120 years ago, the brand is one of America's longest-standing watch brands, and remains as popular as ever after a century. It has also provided apparel for heroines in over 400 films and TV shows, including Hollywood movies like "Charlie's Angels," "Chicago," and "Gossip Girl." While the brand has traditionally focused on men's wear in Japan, it is now launching its entire lineup of women's watches, including the long-selling "Jazzmaster Lady Auto" and the new "Bagley" models, for a variety of occasions. New additions include the white "Ventura Lady," perfect for a sophisticated, sophisticated style, and the stainless steel bracelet version of the "Jazzmaster Skeleton Lady," featuring sharp cutouts and a sparkling red ruby dial. These models will be available starting in October.
Under the supervision of interior coordinator Juri Amaki, the event venue was divided into three installation-style settings: "NY Office," inspired by New York business style; "Happy weekend by the sea," inspired by the American West Coast; and "Dress up before Paris," inspired by the room you'd be in before going to a dress-up party. Hamilton International CEO Sylvan Dora also visited Japan specifically for the event. He commented, "We place the utmost importance on the opinions of discerning Japanese people, and we believe that success in the Japanese market is worthy of success for the brand as well. We hope that this launch will help the brand become loved by an even wider range of Japanese people."
