PARCO will hold the grand opening of its new Fukuoka PARCO building on November 13th.

The current Fukuoka PARCO is directly connected to Tenjin Subway Station and Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. It opened as "Tenjin's comfortable store," taking advantage of its location facing a transportation hub. The new building that will open this time will further evolve this concept, providing an environment tailored to a wide range of customers, including working women, adults with a high consumer mindset, and families. As a new standard place in Fukuoka Tenjin, it will provide a place that people will want to visit every day.

Each floor will be home to shops appearing for the first time in Kyushu, as well as select shops and shops tailored to both on- and off-time scenes. Among the shops making their Kyushu debut are FREAK'S STORE, which carries American casual wear; nest Robe/nest Robe CONFECT, a select shop offering basic yet unique fashion and everyday accessories; Adam et Rope' Le Magasin, a select shop for women and men carrying everything from everyday items to unique miscellaneous goods and souvenirs; KATE SPADE SATURDAY, a New York-based store offering playful styles; and APIVITA, a natural cosmetics brand from Greece.

In addition, BEAMS, which will open its Fukuoka flagship store, will occupy two floors. Some of the stores opening include UNITED ARROWS green label relaxing, a lifestyle brand of clothing and miscellaneous goods; D'issy By Salon de la Trinite Petit, a select shop inspired by women born in the Mairie d'Issy district of Paris; NOLLEY'S, which offers long-standing, standard items; mimi&roger, which proposes styles for charming women; enchainement mignon, which selects accessories based on a classic adult style; and NOMBRE IMPAIR, which offers a simple, urban style.

The new building also features a well-equipped cafe, providing a space and opportunity for visitors to communicate. "Minori Cafe," the first of its kind in the region, is a cafe produced by the JA National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations that focuses on domestically produced ingredients. In conjunction with "Futaba Books," it is a place where you can relax with a book in hand. "Kawara Cafe & Dining Forward" is an entertainment cafe with the concept of "a stimulating space for adults to relax," where you can enjoy talk shows and live events. In addition to "An & Co," a cafe specializing in red bean paste, newly developed by matcha and Japanese tea cafe "Nana's Green Tea," "Far East Bazaar," which offers a selection of carefully selected dried fruits, salt, spices, gelato, granola, and more from around the world, will also open with a cafe attached. Both are new store formats and will open in "Connemart" on the first basement floor. Other new additions include the building's first cafe, "Corduroy Cafe," the bakery and cafe "Gontran Cherrier" produced by Gontran Cherrier, a young boulanger garnering attention in Paris; "24/7 Cafe Apartment," offering a menu that makes the most of freshly baked bread and sweets; and Tokyu Hands' concept cafe "Hands Cafe." A staple "Starbucks Coffee" is also scheduled to open. Each floor will have the following layout: The first floor, the building's focal point, will house women's and men's fashion. The second and third floors will offer a cozy living-room-like atmosphere, with women's and men's items on the second floor and women's items on the third floor. The lineup of stores is primarily aimed at working women. The fourth floor will feature a lineup of lifestyle-focused shops and cafes for families and couples, based on the theme of "urban life casual." The fifth floor will feature stores themed around "customizing your own style." The facility will feature the nation's first combined Hands Be and Hands Cafe, Rapple, a general goods shop that also hosts workshops, and Citrus, a gallery and store showcasing Kyushu craftsmanship. Tamariba 6 is located on the sixth floor, a space for enjoying art, culture, and books. The two basement floors, named after the Hakata dialect phrase "Kinne," sell food and gifts, respectively. Conne Kitchen on the second basement floor will feature an eat-in area and a wine and grocery specialty store. Other new additions include Bartoto, an authentic Hakata-style Spanish bar, and Kiwamiya Gohan, a meat-grilled restaurant produced by a popular hamburger restaurant in the main building of Fukuoka Parco. Conne Mart on the first basement floor will feature a collection of stores selling household goods, cosmetics, and food, based on the theme of "easy to use and where you can find what you love." The new building will feature a variety of soothing shops designed with a female perspective, including "Attaché de Idée," which offers a Tokyo-based lifestyle; "Bonfit," a select shop for miscellaneous goods and gifts; and "VECUA honey," a natural cosmetics brand that uses honey in all of its products.

In addition, the new building will feature spaces based on the concept of "enjoying time," incorporating art, greenery, and design throughout the building. The top floor, the sixth floor, will feature a "Green Wall Terrace," where visitors can feel the breeze and the seasons. The restrooms on the same floor will feature "Art Toilets," where visitors can view works by young creators. The fourth and fifth floors will feature a "lofthouse"-themed atrium, creating an open feel with playful designs incorporating wood, stone, and other materials.

The "Green Wall" along the escalator from the first to second basement floors creates a space where visitors can feel the vibrant greenery of the seasons. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the building. There will be rest areas called "Shitakuba" on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors where customers can check their emails or pick up their favorite items while shopping.
