The fourth installment of the Issey Miyake and Kaneko Optical series is on sale, and all previous series will be available at once in Ginza

Apr 30, 2017

The fourth installment of the "BONE SERIES" from "ISSEY MIYAKE EYES," jointly developed by ISSEY MIYAKE and Kaneko Optical, an eyewear manufacturer based in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, will be released on May 1st. Based on the theme of "GRAPHIC," this "BONE SERIES IV" features striking, graphic round, pentagonal, and octagonal fronts. While possessing a distinct presence unlike previous series, it still makes use of the lightweight metal frame and stylishly thin, shaved inner rim. Additionally, the "Blue Demi" and "Green Demi" colors used for the insert parts are made with original graphic fabric created specifically for the series. The three frame models available are "ROUND IV," "PENTAGON IV," and "OCTAGON IV," each available in four colors for a total of 12 variations. The price is 46,000 yen. Furthermore, ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE / GINZA in Ginza, Tokyo will be running a window display and simultaneously selling series I to IV from April 28th, making this an opportunity to purchase the entire series.

The entire lineup of items can also be seen on the special ISSEY MIYAKE EYES website (http://www.isseymiyake.com/eyes/).
