Former El Bulli chef reveals recipes from top pastry chefs. Spanish sweets magazine [Recommended by Daikanyama T-Site]

Each bookstore will act as a concierge, recommending "the book you should read now" to FASHION HEADLINE readers. Every Friday, Daikanyama T-Site (17-5 Sarugaku-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will introduce a book selected by the store.

Issue 14 of "so good..", a Spanish specialist confectionery magazine that provides recipes from top pastry chefs from around the world. The July 2015 issue of this book features an interview with acclaimed chef Albert Adria, who worked as a pastry chef at the world-renowned three-star Spanish restaurant El Bulli before opening his own restaurant, Tickets, and the restaurant's dessert corner, La Dolca. It also contains detailed recipes for Adrià's dishes, including Blood Beet, Air-Pancake, and Dairy Mochi, as well as the thoughts and recipes of around 30 world-renowned pastry chefs and chefs, including Angelo Musa, Jerome Chaucesse, Grant Achatz, and Alex Atala.

From Japan, the book features Chef Futoshi Hashimoto of the patisserie "Acidracines" and Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa of the French restaurant "NARISAWA", and reveals their recipes.
