A new brand, MAYFAIR KITCHEN, has been launched, dedicated to those who are passionate about both food and health and seek to cultivate a beautiful body and mind through their daily meals.
The brand concept, "NSH," is an acronym for "New Taste," "Stylish," and "Health," three key concepts the brand focused on at the time of its launch. Its three defining features are "unprecedented new taste," "elegant and glamorous appearance," and "healthy." To minimize additives and achieve the ideal taste and texture, the brand uses carefully selected ingredients and carefully proportioned ingredients.
The brand's commitment to "stylish" is most evident in its wine collection, to be released this fall. The "Estate Series," created under the supervision of world-renowned winemaker Michel Laurent, uses grapes harvested from a single vineyard in the cool Nandi Hills, located 800 meters above sea level near Bangalore, India. Both the Cabernet Shiraz (red), made with ripe black fruit seasoned with spices and pepper, and the Viognier (white), with its distinctive fruity finish, are exceptionally satisfying.
Their sparkling wines, crafted using grapes harvested at their own winery in Nashik Hill, India's largest wine-producing region, are produced using the same in-bottle secondary fermentation process as champagne. They offer two types: the Sparkling Wine Brut, with its fine bubbles and subtle fruit aroma, and the Sparkling Wine Brut Rosé, with its light, creamy bubbles.
If you're not a fan of alcohol, we recommend trying their fruit drinks, carefully crafted in Japan using carefully selected fruits from India. Both the Alphonso Mango 66, made without concentrate and with a smooth texture, and the Pomegranate 99, made with 100% fruit, are rich in both flavor and aroma. The estrogen contained in pomegranate seeds is said to be beneficial for beauty, so drinking them regularly for anti-aging care might be a good idea.
In addition, there is a 100% handmade instant curry made in collaboration with the "MAYFAIR KITCHEN" development team and an Indian female chef, using plenty of carefully selected ingredients from India. By using rice oil, rich in natural vitamin E, and no wheat flour, the curry not only reduces calories, but also pursues the perfect spice blend to fully capture the flavor of the vegetables.
The lineup includes seven varieties: "Butter Chicken Curry," "Tomato and Onion Curry," "Yogurt and Turmeric Curry," "Spinach and Potato Curry," "Mashed Chickpea Curry," "Green Chili Curry," and "Red Chili Curry." In addition to enjoying it with rice or naan, it's also great as a pasta sauce or drizzled over grilled meat. Other products that will make your breakfast even more enjoyable include "Strawberry 50," a juice made from Ishigaki strawberries harvested at the foot of Mount Kuno in Shizuoka, and "Strawberry Jam," handmade using only fruit pulp and granulated sugar without any additives or gelling agents.
The products will be available on the "MAYFAIR KITCHEN" official website, as well as in hotels, restaurants, department stores, and other locations nationwide.
