An exhibition of the 17SS collections by women's brand FOR flowers of romance and corsage brand La Fleur will be held at Harajuku ROCKET in Harajuku, Tokyo, from October 12th to 16th.
FOR Flowers of Romance is a brand created by Japanese designer Takashi Okano. The brand creates clothes with the hope that they will become "flowers" for women. Meanwhile, La Fleur is a brand created by Okano's wife, Naomi Okano, and offers corsages that complement a variety of styles, from everyday wear to high-end attire.
The exhibition will feature the latest collections from these two brands, which share a mutual connection. Inspired by the streets and people of New York, which the two visited for the first time in a long time, the exhibition will feature a number of new items created under the theme of "in the soup."
A new collection for FOR Flowers of Romance's "black dress" line, now in its fourth season, will also be unveiled. The line offers clothing appropriate for sadness and joy, tailored to each individual's size.
