Two up-and-coming brands, Meg Miura and Motohiro Tanji, open a limited-time shop called "Shock of Black and White"

Oct 10, 2016

A pop-up shop called "MEGMIURA vs. Motohiro Tanji—The Impact of Black and White" by two up-and-coming brands, MEG MIURA and Motohiro Tanji, will open at destination Tokyo on the second basement floor of Shinjuku Lumine Est from October 11th to 23rd.

The two seemingly opposing yet resonant brands will present a variety of items themed around black and white. The lineup includes collections backed by artisanal techniques and traditional methods, including knitwear constructed from a variety of textures and wardrobes with beautiful layered materials and drapes.

In addition, Meg Miura's new line, "MEG MIURA WARDROBE," will be unveiled for the first time, and this is also a rare opportunity to see Motohiro Tanji's collection, the only one of its kind in Tokyo. Designers from both brands will also be in store between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on October 15th.
