Cross Company's apparel brand, Earth Music & Ecology, will release a collaboration collection with the popular character, Capybara-san, called "Capybara-san and Earth."
Bandai, the licensing office for Capybara-san, and Earth Music & Ecology have jointly devised designs that women in their teens and twenties can wear casually. Items include a "Nakayoshi T-shirt" featuring the collaboration mark (four colors, 2,900 yen each), a shirt dress featuring Capybara-san's face-shaped buttons (two colors, 5,900 yen each), a mini towel featuring Capybara-san wearing a bow tie on a polka dot background (two colors, 800 yen each), and a "Nosunosu Necklace" (silver and gold, 2,400 yen each) featuring overlapping capybaras.

Pre-sale will begin on May 15th at 11 Earth Music & Ecology stores in Lumine, including Lumine Est Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Yurakucho, and Yokohama, as well as on the official online store, with general release on the 17th.

Capybara-san is a character created in 2005 that is currently featured in four-panel comics and miscellaneous goods. In March, a collaboration cafe with Daikanyama's "Sign" opened for one month only, attracting approximately 12,000 visitors. The longest wait was five hours.
