The 6th Mitsukoshi Isetan Food Famous Shops Thanksgiving Festival, a gourmet event that brings to life a dream collaboration between delicious famous shops, will be held from August 17th to 22nd in the food section on the basement floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. The event will offer newly created "feasts" created in collaboration with famous shops that have stores at Mitsukoshi Isetan, from sweets to prepared dishes. Be sure to check out the imaginative combinations of ingredients and outstanding techniques of long-established and popular shops. This "feast" that can only be enjoyed here for six days is also recommended as a summer souvenir. Why not take this opportunity to try it?

Mikasayama is a product by Bunmeido that is available exclusively at Isetan Shinjuku. Sandwiched between the shop's main dorayaki dough is white bean paste made with lemon honey from honey specialty shop Labeille, lemon peel, and lemon juice. It has a refreshing taste that allows you to enjoy the texture of lemon peel. Only 30 pieces will be available each day.

A collaboration between two long-established Japanese confectionery makers! This luxurious dish is made by sandwiching Toraya's lemon-flavored amber bean paste and yokan bean paste between Fukusaya's castella cake. Enjoy the texture and flavor created by the three layers coming together. Only 90 pieces will be sold per store per day.

A fusion of Japanese and Western flavors! This tiramisu is made with Italian mascarpone from cheese specialty store "Fromagerie HISADA" and stone-ground Uji matcha from "Nihonchaka SONOAH." The combination of matcha and mascarpone is visually stunning.
