"union store tokyo," a select shop promoting the best of Japan, design, and humor to the world, and conversely, promoting the world's best, design, and humor to Japan, will open at Laforet Harajuku on September 10th.

Union store tokyo aims to be a springboard for artists, expanding its presence around the world, including Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Hong Kong, and will support the development of new talent discovered through its unique filter under the concept of "discovering and nurturing young buds."

The brand lineup includes WORKDAY HANDMADE, a ceramic product label founded by ceramicist Forrest Lewinger; Species by the Thousands, which offers handcrafted jewelry and natural apothecary items inspired by surreal worldviews such as space, animals, magic, and 1970s nostalgia; and Assembly, a select shop curating fashion and art with unique concepts. On the opening day, a number of collaboration items will be available exclusively at union store tokyo, including collaboration items from "SOPHNET. x TSUYOSHI NOGUCHI," a collaboration with stylist Tsuyoshi Noguchi, as well as "EL BEATL x Mark Gonzales," and "LITTLE UNION x Dickies."
