Yoko Chan's women's brand, YOKO CHAN, will open its first directly managed store on August 24th (3rd floor, Nishiazabu Asia Building, 2-10-1 Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo). It will be open from 12:00 to 19:00 (until 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays). The store will be located in the space previously used as the brand's office and press room. The interior was designed by amp d, the interior design firm behind Ships and MSPC product shops. The store will carry Yoko Chan's full line and will feature reissues of seven popular dresses from her first collection, the 2010-2011 Autumn/Winter collection, as directly managed store exclusives. After working in PR for luxury brands, Yoko Chan founded her own brand in 2010. Its products are stocked at Mitsukoshi Isetan, Beams, Barneys, and ESTNATION. She designed the uniforms for in-store guides at the grand opening of the Isetan Shinjuku store in March.
