Isetan Shinjuku will be revamping the uniforms for its store guides to coincide with the grand opening of its remodeled store on March 6th.

The design was created by Yoko Chan. It was based on the idea of "a design that is not too assertive, that makes customers want to wear it when they see it, and at the same time, that allows employees who wear it to work comfortably and be themselves every day."

The new uniforms are a set of a jacket with trendy peplum detailing on the sleeves and waist and straight pants. Chan herself specified two ways to tie the scarf, creating a chic look with a black and white color scheme.
