
Yoku Moku, a Western confectionery manufacturer known for its cigar-shaped cookies called "Cigare," will release a cookie recipe book, "Cookie Recipes Taught by Yoku Moku" (1,400 yen), on October 16th, incorporating the company's commitment to its sweets.
In the 46 years since the launch of "Cigare," Yoku Moku has continued to release a variety of sweets, inheriting the founder's belief that "sweets have the mysterious power to make people smile. That's why we want to deliver delicious sweets to as many people as possible."
The book introduces a variety of cookie recipes specially created for this occasion. It contains approximately 30 recipes, including plain, black tea, and mocha cigarette flavors, variations on lemon and chocolate sables, fruit icing cookies, Japanese-style cookies with matcha and soybean flour, and authentic tuiles.
