Crafted from high-quality leather, the "OTONA RANDSEL" utilizes the randoseru-making techniques the company has cultivated since its founding. While retaining the functional beauty of randoseru—its boxy shape, ample storage for luggage and documents, a comfortable, effortless carry, and the convenience of freeing up hands—it was crafted with a sleek, elegant silhouette suitable for adult use. Among the unique features of randoseru, the plump back and cushioned shoulder straps are particularly noteworthy. The three-stage back support provides optimal support for luggage at the highest point, resulting in a more comfortable fit. The interior of the U-shape is lowered to improve breathability and prevent heat buildup. The gusset width is also slim, designed to fit the shape of an adult's back. Its size allows an A4 clear file to fit vertically, and it has a streamlined silhouette with minimal curvature.
The back is made of soft cowhide leather with excellent breathability and moisture absorption/exhaust properties, while the interior is made of embossed pigskin leather that is resistant to friction. Designed for use in a variety of business situations, it features a zipper pocket that can be accessed even with the lid closed, a handle for carrying, and bottom studs for easy standing. The shoulder straps, which are particularly susceptible to strain, have been reinforced with a core material and hand-stitched construction.
The "OTONA RANDSEL" is available in two styles: hard and soft. The hard type, designed to enhance the owner's style, is made of taut, firm, tanned leather. The cut edges throughout the bag highlight the leather's firmness and sleek silhouette. The process of the color and luster changing and deepening with each use is also part of its charm.
The soft type, on the other hand, is made of soft oiled leather. The soft, firm leather is accentuated with piping and cut edges. The supple leather, crafted using traditional Italian methods, exudes a sense of quality and playfulness for adults. Each type is available in two colors: black and brown.
