
Michael Kors has unveiled the advertising campaigns for its Holiday and Resort 2016 collections.
For the Holiday collection, Karmen Pedaru was chosen as the model, and the photos were taken by Mario Testino. By capturing a series of snapshots of behind-the-scenes moments from the party season, including Carmen Pedaru getting ready for a night out, the campaign evokes the feeling of "capturing the moment."
Like the Holiday collection, Mario Testino also photographed the Resort collection, which has a theme of "graphic glamour." The model is Sasha Pivovarova, who is seen basking in the sunshine in the back seat of a vintage Cadillac, creating a warm, modern, and relaxed mood. The advertising campaign will begin in the October issues of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper's Bazaar and other magazines, and will be featured in a total of 39 countries across the US, Europe and Asia, as well as in digital, social media and outdoor advertising.
