KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin Edition K
KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, a Japanese craft gin developed by Pernod Ricard Japan Co., Ltd., will release a limited quantity of KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin Edition K from May 24. This product was released in limited quantities in 2018 and 2019 and was well-received. In response to this popularity, this is the third time it has been released. "KI No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin," produced by Kyoto Distillery, which specializes in craft gin, is a domestically produced craft gin that combines Kyoto and British traditions, using 11 uniquely Japanese botanicals and the famous waters of Fushimi. The newly introduced "KI No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin Edition K" is a cask-aged craft gin born from a groundbreaking collaboration between Kyoto Distillery and Kilchoman Distillery on Islay, Scotland, which produces smoky single malt whiskey. "KI No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin" is aged for the optimal period in bourbon barrels previously used to age smoky whiskey from Kilchoman Distillery, with careful monitoring of the aging process, resulting in a new aroma and rich flavor. The flavor is centered around fresh Japanese aromas of yuzu and sansho pepper, perfectly balanced with vanilla and peat-derived smoky notes from oak cask aging. The packaging features the logos of Kyoto Distillery and Kilchoman Distillery.

To fully enjoy this one-of-a-kind gin, we recommend drinking it straight or on the rocks, as a ginger highball, or as a smoky negroni.

Please enjoy "KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin Edition K," a special cask-aged craft gin born from the fusion of Kyoto and British craftsmanship.
