Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Malls Development Co., Ltd. will open a new commercial building, "Link Plaza," in Tama Plaza Terrace, a commercial facility directly connected to Tama Plaza Station on the Den-en-toshi Line, and will open six stores, some of which will be opening for the first time on Honshu, in the existing building, "Gate Plaza."

Link Plaza, which opened on March 1, will house 11 stores that support local life, including the public facility "Yokohama City Community Care Plaza," a nursery school, day care center, clinic, and bank. The stores within the facility will cooperate with each other, such as facilitating interaction between nursery school children and elderly people attending day care centers, to provide high-value-added services for residents. The completion of Link Plaza will connect Tama Plaza Terrace to the Tokyu-affiliated condominium "Dresser Tama Plaza Terrace," creating a flat connection between the north and south streets centered around Tama Plaza Station. Tama Plaza Terrace, located in the first model district of the "Next-Generation Suburban Urban Development" initiative jointly undertaken by Tokyu Corporation and Yokohama City, aims to foster a community centered around the town, promote everyday life, time-saving activities, and consumer loyalty.

Furthermore, on February 22nd, Gate Plaza will welcome four new stores, including the Honshu-first cheese specialty store "Hanabatake Farm Tokachi Cheese Factory Mozzarella Bar" and the kitchenware shop "LE CREUSET." On March 14th, select shops "Blu e Grigio BY UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE" and "B:MING LIFE STORE by BEAMS" will open, marking their first Kanto locations. The area will continue to introduce stores that meet high customer demand and supplement existing businesses.
