Tiffany & Co. will open a collaboration space at Dover Street Market Ginza from November 21st to January 8th, 2016, and will launch a limited-edition collection called "Out of Retirement - Birth of a Legend." This capsule collection will be available exclusively in the collaboration spaces open for a limited time at Dover Street Market locations in London, New York, and Ginza. This marks Tiffany's first partnership with another store. The collection, created based on the idea that "Tiffany designs never disappear forever. Designs that are no longer available in stores are simply retired." The collection consists of 18 pieces, including eight jewelry pieces released in the 1970s and ten gift items released from the 1940s to recent years. These jewelry pieces will be exhibited alongside installations at the Dover Street Market locations in New York, Ginza, and London. The installation was inspired by Gene Moore, who was responsible for the brand's window designs from 1955 to 1994, and will be displayed in a different style in each city.
