Teijin Frontier Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at ISPO (New Munich Exhibition Center, Germany), the world's largest international sporting goods exhibition, from February 3rd to 6th, promoting several of its functional materials. The main materials being promoted include "Triple Dry Cut," which not only absorbs sweat and dries quickly, but also prevents sweat from cooling and stickiness; "Eco Storm," which combines high waterproofing with circular recycling capabilities; "DELTAPEAK," which provides high wind resistance with its dense, flat, special structure; and "Eco Pure," which maintains a weakly acidic surface on sweat-soaked clothing for antibacterial and odor-resistant properties. All of these functional materials were developed with a focus on comfort. Eco Storm, which focuses on circular recycling, is likely to attract the attention of environmentally conscious Scandinavian outdoor brands. A key feature of these four functional materials is that they are collected and recycled through the Teijin Group's world-first circular recycling system, "Eco Circle." The system chemically decomposes polyester products down to the molecular level, allowing them to be recycled into new products without any deterioration in quality.
Teijin Frontier will not only be introducing functional materials, but also plans to actively promote the benefits of its integrated production system, which handles everything from materials to sewing, including the sewing and delivery of sports underwear. The company will make a variety of proposals with the aim of attracting a wide range of customers.
