
Sun Fruits Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store is offering "Hurom Slow Juice" (140ml/540 yen) until August 31st, made with seasonal vegetables and fruits slowly squeezed in a HUROM slow juicer.
"Hurom Slow Juice" is made with a HUROM juicer by slowly rotating the juicer's screw and mashing the vegetables and fruits while compressing them without exposing them to heat or stress. Because there is little air or pulp mixed in, the juice has a smooth texture and maintains its nutritional value.
Sun Fruits Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store is now selling freshly squeezed "Hurom Slow Juice" made to order. Every two weeks, three recipes will be developed based on four ingredients—bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots—that contain essential summer nutrients.
The first release features bell peppers, which are currently at their most delicious and packed with nutrients. Their high vitamin C content makes them perfect for summer. Paprika also comes in red, yellow, and orange, each with different nutritional values depending on its color. Red paprika stimulates metabolism and helps with cold sensitivity and fatigue. It contains capsaicin, a powerful antioxidant. Yellow paprika is rich in vitamin C, which helps prevent blemishes and freckles and promotes skin whitening, as well as lutein, a powerful antioxidant. Orange paprika, the most nutritious, contains both red and yellow components, providing beneficial health and beauty benefits, including improving overall physical condition and maintaining healthy skin and hair. Hurom's "Slow Juice," which uses paprika, will be on sale until July 21st. Following that, tomato juice will be available from July 22nd to August 4th, cucumber juice from August 5th to 18th, and carrot juice from August 19th to 31st.
