Sky High is a juice bar and cafe that opened in Aoyama, Tokyo in July 2012 with the concept of "providing healthy, nutritious meals in a fast-food format."
Owner and photographer Mami Keenan opened this shop as a casual place to enjoy juice, hoping to share the energy and benefits of fresh juice that she has personally experienced over the years.
They use pesticide-free, naturally grown vegetables and safe fruits. They offer special cold-pressed juices and smoothies that will refresh the tired bodies of modern people.
Sky High's fourth store in Tokyo and second directly operated store opened as a juice stand in Hiroo, Tokyo (1F Greenland Building, 5-15-22 Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku) on May 30, 2015. Available in two sizes, S (300ml) and L (500ml), this shop specializes in popular cold-pressed juices, including "Just Green" (1,290 yen), which contains spinach, komatsuna, and celery, and "Blood" (1,200 yen), which is based on beets, carrots, and apples. You can also add a shot of superfood as an option. It's also easy to make a reservation for the much-talked-about "juice cleanse," which promises excellent detoxifying effects, making it a convenient place to visit. Opening hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00. Another attractive feature is its convenient location, just a one-minute walk from Hiroo Station Exit 1.
