Jul 14, 2015

Illustrator BRIDGE SHIP HOUSE's solo exhibition "I CAN'T COPE" will be held at the gallery "ROCKET" in Harajuku, Tokyo, from July 17th to 21st.
At 26 years old, BRIDGE SHIP HOUSE is celebrating his 10th anniversary this year. Influenced by pop culture and music such as punk, power pop, and rock, he made his debut as an illustrator while still in high school. Characterized by his pop colors and touch, he has designed merchandise and record jackets for bands both in Japan and overseas, and has also produced soft figures for MEDICOM TOY, a company that designs and sells figurines.
This will be BRIDGE SHIP HOUSE's fourth solo exhibition, and will feature new canvases that reflect the artist's struggles. A wide variety of popular merchandise featuring cute characters will also be available.
