From August 1st to September 2nd, ISSEY MIYAKE's Minamisenba store, ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE / SEMBA, will be hosting an installation by artist Naro Tamiya, who is also responsible for the shop displays of me ISSEY MIYAKE / AOYAMA.

The installation, which focuses on hats, has the same theme of "AFRICA" as me ISSEY MIYAKE's AW15 collection. The store will be filled with uniquely designed hats that match a wide variety of colorful items, expressing the world of "AFRICA."

In addition, Naro Tamiya will be holding a hat-making workshop, "NARO'S HAT LAND," on August 8th. Using a pure white hat as a base, you can decorate it however you like by drawing pictures, pasting pieces with glue, stringing together multiple pieces, and so on, to create a one-of-a-kind, original hat. The application period for participation has already ended.
