Hawaii-based coffee shop Island Vintage Coffee will open its fourth location at DECKS Tokyo Beach (Odaiba) on August 8th. A limited-time menu perfect for summer has also been revealed.

The limited-time menu item available at the Odaiba store this time is the "Grilled Salmon Plate" (1,780 yen), topped with a generous amount of thick, grilled salmon. Served with three types of sauce, salad, rice, and papaya, this popular dish, already popular at the main Hawaiian store, will be making its first appearance in Japan.

The shop will also offer Island Vintage Coffee's signature dish, the "Acai Bowl" (half size 850 yen / regular size 1,500 yen). This dish has been a firm favorite since the first store opened in Aoyama in 2013. The cool, sweet and sour, vitamin-packed "Acai Bowl" is the perfect way to beat the heat of summer.

In addition, there is a wide selection of new drinks on the menu, including the refreshing mint-flavored "Frozen Mint Kona Moka" (600 yen), the tropical fruit-scented iced tea "Tropical Sensation" (580 yen), and three types of "Fresh Juice" (680 yen each) served in cute jars: green juice made with 100% domestic kale, 100% watermelon juice with no artificial colors or flavors, and Hawaiian mixed juice.

Also, on August 1st, the Aoyama store will celebrate its third anniversary and will be releasing an exclusive "Acai Waffle Set" (1,580 yen). You can enjoy the more colorfully redesigned acai waffle with a medium-sized set drink.
