Ground Y, a brand developed by Yohji Yamamoto, will launch its 2015-2016 AW collection on the first floor of Shibuya PARCO PART1 from July 24th. The collection features collaborative items inspired by artist Sasada Yasuto's "GIRL" design.

Following on from "Young People," which graced the opening of Ground Y last year, Sasada Yasuto's new "GIRL" illustrations feature women drawn in meticulous detail with pencil or ballpoint pen, or with subtle, vibrant colors. The meticulous details, light colors, and combination of various elements create works that can be described as portraits of the modern age, where high-tech and analog intersect.

The 2015-2016 AW collection features collaborative items inspired by "GIRL." The collection includes a one-of-a-kind leather jacket (900,000 yen) with artwork hand-painted directly onto it, as well as skate decks (28,000 yen) printed in refreshing colors, shirts (38,000 to 45,000 yen), T-shirts (9,000 yen), iPhone cases (3,000 yen), and leather pouches (9,000 yen).
