Yohji Yamamoto's accessory brand "discord" and its women's line "REGULATION Yohji Yamamoto" are currently running a pop-up shop at Isetan Salone on the first and second floors of Tokyo Midtown Galleria until today. Discord also has a store in the handbag/promotion space on the first floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku until the same day. This pop-up shop features the 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection. Based on the theme of "translucent," Discord offers scarves, wallets, and bags made from materials that radiate light and feature designs of translucent flowers captured under X-rays. The main item, the "Corset series" bag, conceptually expresses translucency by incorporating the normally invisible internal structure into the design. Furthermore, the bag's shape changes depending on how the drawstring is fastened, creating shadows that evoke a sense of "light."

Meanwhile, Regulation Yohji Yamamoto focuses on "uniforms," a subject that has long been one of Yohji Yamamoto's themes. Based on the theme of "uniforms," which evoke words like "control" and "command," the collection proposes "Clothes with Discipline." Inspired by "British Trad," the collection is based on traditional materials such as Melton, gabardine, and broadcloth. By combining feminine and light silhouettes such as ruffles, A-lines, and cocoons, the collection is finished with items that exude a masculine element even in their casual style. The lineup includes coats, dresses, and shorts.
