"THE TRAD," a regular live wide-ranging program hosted by Inagaki Goro and broadcast on TOKYO FM under the theme "Taking your time to enjoy high-quality music," (TOKYO FM/every Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 16:50/Monday and Tuesday: Inagaki Goro and Yoshida Akiyo, Wednesday and Thursday: Hama, Okamoto [OKAMOTO'S] and Nakagawa Emiri), will be presenting a special feature on "music born in the streets of Tokyo" on broadcasts from April 12th to 15th in conjunction with TOKYO FM's April campaign "Tokyo Radio." Guests include Kaji Hideki and Nomiya Maki on April 12th, TOKYO NO.1 SOUL SET on the 13th, Fujiwara Hiroshi and Okamoto Kouki of ORDER of THINGS on the 14th, and Regal Lily on the 15th, who will share testimonies related to music in Tokyo's streets, including Shibuya, Aoyama, and Shimokitazawa. This April, TOKYO FM is presenting "Tokyo Radio," a cross-program project to support listeners' lives in Tokyo. This time, "THE TRAD," airing from 3:00 PM from April 12th to 15th, will explore "music born in the streets of Tokyo" with a stellar cast of guests. The themes and guests for each day are as follows:

April 12th (Mon) "What Was Shibuya-kei Music?" Guests: Kaji Hideki and Nomiya Maki
We'll explore "Shibuya-kei" music, which saw the rise of various artists and sparked a movement centered around Shibuya's CD shops, with testimonials from artists Kaji Hideki and Nomiya Maki, who remain active from that time to the present. We'll also introduce the latest Shibuya-kei music that's currently bubbling up.

April 13th (Tue) "Music Heard from Aoyama" Guests: TOKYO NO.1 SOUL SET
This program will feature classic songs from the legendary record shop "Pied Piper House," located on Antique Street in Aoyama, Minato Ward, as well as the music that bands from Aoyama Gakuin University made in Tokyo. Guests include Tokyo No.1 Soul Set, a band active mainly in Tokyo, who will discuss the music of that time.

April 14th (Wed) "Music Heard from Shibuya in the 90s" Guests: Fujiwara Hiroshi and Okamoto Kouki
Hiroshi Fujiwara and Okamoto Kouki, members of ORDER of THINGS, will appear together to discuss the "free soul" music movement that emerged in the Shibuya-kei music of the 90s, a genre that music connoisseurs purchased at record stores as material for sampling hip-hop songs.

April 15th (Thu) "The Shimokitazawa Rock Scene Moving Along with Young People" Guest: Regal Lily
We will delve into the Shimokitazawa band scene, a mecca for bands that has moved along with young people through the ages of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and into the 2000s and beyond. Our guests will be the up-and-coming rock band Regal Lily.
