The Oak Door at Grand Hyatt Tokyo has announced its monthly burger lineup for January to March next year. It includes a chocolate burger perfect for Valentine's Day and a burger made with a luxurious 100% lamb patty.

Starting January 4th, they will be offering the "Patty Melt Burger" (2,200 yen), a beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms and plenty of Gruyère cheese, and accented with a remoulade sauce made with herbs, mustard, and capers. The buns are ryebread buns made with different types of rye.

In February, they will be offering the "Mr. & Mrs. Chocolate Burger" (2,200 yen), inspired by men and women and perfect for Valentine's Day. Next to a men's burger featuring chocolate-covered marshmallows and strawberries sandwiched between brioche infused with orange liqueur, there's a women's burger featuring pistachio ice cream, raspberries, blueberries, raspberry sorbet, and vanilla cream sandwiched between brioche infused with amaretto liqueur.

In March, they'll be offering the "Lamb Burger" (2,200 yen), featuring a 100% lamb patty topped with olive tapenade, pickled red onions, and feta cheese. It's paired with tzatziki sauce, a mixture of Greek yogurt, cucumber, mint, olive oil, and garlic.

Also, from January 4th to March 31st, they'll be offering a winter-perfect lunch menu featuring soup in hollowed-out sourdough bread (1,800 yen each). There are three types of soup available: New England clam chowder, which is full of the delicious flavor of seafood such as clams, bacon, onions, and mushrooms; a spicy soup made by simmering beef, onions, tomatoes, and other ingredients with chili peppers; and a creamy soup made by simmering broccoli, onions, carrots, and cheddar cheese.
