Diptyque is releasing new packaging for its popular Rose Collection, released every year around Valentine's Day.
For the 2017 edition of the Rose Collection, the brand collaborated with three young artists passionate about restoring wallpaper and murals. Together, the three young artists recreated the tradition of wallpaper-making known as "domino paper" to create packaging characterized by a simple, powerful design and a floral atmosphere featuring vibrant, vivid rose designs.
ROSA MUNDI, a fruity and refreshing fragrance featuring Damask rose and Centifolia, considered the most fragrant and precious roses, is now available as a candle and a scented oval. The floral motifs on the two candle designs, based on green and pink, express a romantic, sparkling freshness. Also available is "Eau Dominote," a fragrance water that can be used in a variety of ways, including as a body mist or room fragrance. Its green notes, reminiscent of garden plants, exude the inherent elegance of rose, finishing with a subtle hint of patchouli. Also available is "EAU ROSE," a combination of two fragrances, Centifolia and Damask rose, both of which have been best-selling fragrances since their release in 2011. Lychee, honey, and cedarwood make the scent more vivid, magnificent, and captivating over time. Limited-edition items from the "Rose Collection," including "Rosa Mundi," will be available at Diptyque boutiques on January 2nd, followed by Diptyque retailers nationwide on January 7th.
