NAKED Inc. is exhibiting a limited-edition spring collaboration version of "NAKED BIG BOOK," one of NAKED's signature works and a digital art object that changes with the seasons, and Ikimonogakari's song "SAKURA," at the Kadokawa Musashino Museum in Tokorozawa Sakura Town from March 23, 2021 until June 2021 (end date TBD).
"NAKED BIG BOOK" is one of NAKED's signature works, featuring projection mapping onto a giant book object that draws you into the world of the story with each turn of the page. NAKED BIG BOOK has been exhibited at events such as "FLOWERS BY NAKED (now NAKED FLOWERS)," an immersive floral art exhibition planned and produced by NAKED, where it projected stories based on themes and captivated visitors.
This time, "NAKED BIG BOOK" will collaborate with Ikimonogakari's song "SAKURA" as a special spring "Sakura Version." The story unfolds to the beautiful yet powerful melody of "SAKURA." The pages of the book containing the lyrics of the chorus gradually peel away, revealing cherry blossoms from the depths. Petals fly up vigorously, revealing the Musashino Forest beyond.
Light floats like a fabric through Musashino Forest, and the "Bookshelf Theater" inside the Kadokawa Musashino Museum appears, filled with light. Enjoy a world that blends tradition, modernity, and nostalgia, featuring spring, Tokorozawa Sakura Town, Musashino Forest, and cherry blossoms.
