Gourmet burger for Ginza nightlife, Bareburger's second store in Japan opens on the 10th floor of Tokyu Plaza

Apr 4, 2016

Bareburger, popular for its organic burgers made with organic meat, pesticide-free vegetables, and organic wheat, served on preservative-free buns, opened its second domestic location at Tokyu Plaza Ginza on March 31st. Bareburger was founded in Queens, New York, in 2009 with the goal of creating gourmet burgers that are "bare" (as they are), rather than fast food. Currently, the chain has 31 locations across the US and Canada, and this year opened a new sustainable-themed store in Long Island using 11 shipping containers. The chain is expanding with ecological operations that go beyond ingredients, including recycled building materials and energy conservation. In Japan, Tomorrowland, which shares Bareburger's management philosophy, opened its first store in Jiyugaoka last July. It uses free-range, grass-fed organic beef from the US. In addition to chicken and turkey, the menu also includes a premium Ozaki beef burger.

We purchase organic vegetables directly from trusted producers in Aya Town, Miyazaki, and Chiba, and we use canola oil for our French fries and sweet potato fries. We also use organic and additive-free milk, eggs, and buns.

We also use vegetable patties (shroom burgers) to cater to vegetarians and vegans, and offer bunless burgers for low-carb diets. We also offer shakes and organic sodas, popular in New York.

The Ginza location is open until 11 PM (last order at 10 PM), so we also offer mini-sized burgers (sliders, set of two for 1,650 yen) and salads. We also offer a casual menu for women to enjoy while taking in the Ginza night view. The restaurant also accepts delivery reservations.
