Diesel's "Glorious Chain Cafe" introduces new menu items: beef cutlet and spring vegetable curry

Glorious Chain Cafe, a cafe and diner chain run by DIESEL, will be introducing new menu items, including beef cutlets, from April 4th. New dishes include the "Beef Cutlet Plate" (1,350 yen), a rare cut of beef cutlet (similar to fillet) deep-fried in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese, and the "Coarsely Ground Grilled Keema Curry with Poached Egg and Plenty of Cheese" (1,250 yen), a curry made with large pieces of coarsely ground pork and vegetables. Also available is the tomato sauce-based pasta dish "Firefly Squid and Rape Blossom Tagliolini" (1,380 yen), which combines seasonal firefly squid and rape blossoms.

Drinks include the "Matcha Caramel Float" (820 yen) with vanilla ice cream, the "Cherry Coconut Squash" (750 yen) with the tartness of cherry and the richness of coconut, and the "Orange-Scented Iced Latte" (750 yen). Alcoholic drinks include "Orange Beer" (720 yen), "Hoegaarden White" (820 yen), and "Sparkling Green Apple Mint" (750 yen).

In addition, a special menu item, "Finnish Meatballs & Lohikeitto" (1,580 yen), commemorating the solo exhibition "An introduction" at the Diesel Art Gallery in Shibuya, Tokyo, is available for a limited time until May 20th.
