Yves Saint Laurent Beaute will hold the pop-up event "STUDIO by YSL Beaute" at BANK GALLERY in Omotesando, Tokyo, on April 16th and 17th.
The event will feature three studios, each offering a wide range of content. Visitors will be able to experience the brand's world through these content and discover their hidden charms. The "Makeup Studio" will feature the brand's hit lipstick "Rouge Volupté Shine," the cushion foundation "Uncle de Paul Cushion" released in March, and the fragrance "Black OP Nuit Blanche," newly released on April 8th. Visitors will be able to freely try out their favorite products, and can also receive makeup services from professional makeup artists.
The "Live Studio" will feature makeup shows and live performances. Starting at 3 PM on April 16th, popular makeup artist Igari Shinobu will host a makeup show called "Passionate Skin Makeup." From 7 PM to 9:30 PM, world-renowned guitarist MIYAVI will perform a solo performance. A stellar lineup of DJs, including Arisa Ueno and Ellie Rose, will also be making appearances to liven up the venue. The first 100 attendees will receive a free bottle of POMMERY's limited-edition spring champagne, "Springtime." Also, starting at 3 PM on April 17th, electronic music duo Young Juvenile Youth will perform a live show. Starting at 5 PM, Yves Saint Laurent Beaute makeup artist Yuki Tokuzawa will demonstrate her makeup techniques. In the "Photo Studio," photographer Kouichi Nakazawa, who has worked on fashion shows and music festivals both in Japan and overseas, will take photos using guests' smartphones. Furthermore, those who post information about the event on social media from the venue will receive a special gift bag containing luxury samples of popular products such as the new color of Rouge Volupté Shine, the much-talked-about foundation Teint Uncle de Peau, and skincare, on a first-come, first-served basis.
