Organic Life Tokyo, one of the largest yoga events in the Tokyo area, will be held from April 29th to May 1st at 3331 Arts Chiyoda in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. This year marks the third year of the event, which is expected to attract approximately 30,000 attendees over the three days. Approximately 120 yoga instructors will be offering classes, making this a "yoga life event" that offers comprehensive lifestyle suggestions centered around yoga. Included are maternity and postpartum classes, classes that teach the secrets to staying young using the Indian wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga for women, and a variety of instructors, including one active in mindfulness meditation, a popular form of meditation in the business world. In addition to yoga, a variety of lifestyle-enhancing content will be offered. Events will include "Wine Life TOKYO," which will offer wines from various regions; "Vegetable Life TOKYO," which will serve food from farmers who grow safe, seasonal vegetables without pesticides or chemical fertilizers; and "Craft Beer Life TOKYO," which will offer more than 10 types of craft beer.

In addition, new events will be held this time, such as "Living Life TOKYO," which will feature a collection of items selected by director Aso Yoichiro with a "living" theme, and "MUSIC & YOGA," which will use the power of yoga and music to improve physical flexibility.
