OUR PARKS "Toranomon Sunday Yoga" will be held at Toranomon Hills Oval Plaza on Sundays only from September 6th to October 25th, where you can enjoy yoga under the autumn sky.

This event is a sequel to the yoga event held at Oval Plaza this spring. Following the success of the previous event, rental mats will be available for 150 people, roughly double the number this time. A total of eight sessions are planned during the period, with four ambassadors for the fitness community "Reebok ONE" - Imai Yuko, Ishikawa Hatsumi, Kyono Tomomi, and Hasegawa Takaharu - appearing on a rotating basis each day. Yoga classes will be held that can be enjoyed by beginners to advanced practitioners. Yuko Imai, a yoga instructor and translator of yoga books, will host "Grounding Flow Yoga," a vinyasa-style yoga class, on September 6th; "Strala yoga Basic," a yoga class accompanied by upbeat music, on October 11th; and "Strala yoga Relax," a partner yoga class accompanied by upbeat music, on October 25th. Additionally, Hatsumi Ishikawa, who appears as a yoga model in the "ACO YOGA DVD," will hold "Moving Meditation: Savoring and Appreciating the Shadow World of Ashtanga Yoga," a yoga-while-meditation class, on September 13th and October 18th. Tomomi Kyono, who also teaches yoga to models and TV announcers, will hold "Yogic Arts," a sun salutation by Duncan Wong that has been loved by international celebrities including Madonna, on September 20th and October 4th. In addition to being a yoga instructor, Hasegawa Takaharu is also active in the event unit "Sun and Clover," which connects yoga with sports, music, food culture, art, and more. On September 27th, she will be giving a lecture on "OHA YOGA ~Toranomon~," a vinyasa-style yoga that incorporates challenges such as balance and inversion poses.
