Damasco has released the long-awaited black dial model. Its dress watch look is matched with the performance of a professional.

Mar 25, 2021

German watch manufacturer Damasco has added a new model, the DK105 BK L, featuring a black dial to its DK105 series, which is equipped with an in-house movement. This model adds the highly requested black dial to the existing blue and gray dials. The glossy black dial with a lacquer finish that was featured on the DK101 was discontinued despite its popularity, and Damasco fans have been eagerly awaiting its return. This model brings that dial back to the DK105, which is equipped with an in-house movement. Like the previous DK105, this model features an in-house ice-hardened stainless steel case, which is four times harder than regular stainless steel, and the in-house H35 manual-wind movement with an EPS balance spring®. Thanks to the in-house EPS balance spring®, molded from silicon, this model boasts magnetic resistance of 80,000 A/m (approximately 1,000 gauss) and excellent temperature stability, despite its see-through caseback. Furthermore, its free-sprung balance without a regulator provides far greater shock resistance than typical mechanical watches. Despite its dress watch appearance, its high performance, suitable for professional use, is a distinctive feature of Damasco.

The DK105 BK L will be available at dealers nationwide from March 24th.
