Sky Ferreira, a Los Angeles-born model and musician who has appeared as a muse for Forever 21's Festival 2013 Capsule Collection, a model for Marc Jacobs at New York Fashion Week, and a face for Benetton's Fall/Winter campaign, was arrested on September 14th on charges of drug possession and theft. Ferreira was arrested while riding in a stolen car with her boyfriend, Zachary Cole Smith, the lead singer of the New York band DIIV, who has also modeled for Saint Laurent. MDMA and heroin were found inside the car. The couple were subsequently detained but released shortly thereafter. Zachary tweeted on the band's Twitter account that "she is innocent." The couple will be sentenced in court at a later date.
