Meringue and ice cream "cloud-like sweets" - Max Brenner's winter limited menu

Max Brenner will be offering three winter-only chocolate menu items from December 1st to February 24th. The highlight is the "Praline Cloud" (1,600 yen), a cloud-shaped dessert made with chocolate whipped cream and ice cream topped with crushed praline-flavored meringue baked at low temperature. The contrast between the crispy meringue and the creamy ice cream makes for a delightful cloud-like dessert. Also available are the "Dark Cherry Waffle" (1,550 yen) and "Strawberry Cheesecake Hot Chocolate" (600 yen). Other limited-edition items for Christmas and Valentine's Day will also be available. From November 13th to December 25th, a Christmas-only menu will be available exclusively for takeout at the Lucua Osaka store. A limited-edition flavor of the popular chocolate pizza, the "Strawberry White Chocolate Chunk Pizza" (2,200 yen), is available. "Caramel Apple Fondue" (2,200 yen), a caramel apple-flavored chocolate fondue inspired by hearts, will be available exclusively for Valentine's Day from January 15th to February 14th. Ingredients include a whole apple, as well as heart-shaped strawberries, marshmallows, gingerbread cookies, and waffle cookies. For sauce, you can choose from two types of heart-decorated milk, white, or dark chocolate, in addition to the caramel pecan toffee sauce that is perfect for dipping apples in.
