From September 30th to October 7th, Italian leather brands DROMe and TWISTY PARALLEL UNIVERSE will be holding a joint pop-up event on Stage 3 on the third floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building. Titled "DROMe & TWISTY PARALLEL UNIVERSE LIMITED SHOP at ISETAN Shinjuku SYAGE#3," this event marks DROMe's first limited-time shop in Japan.

Both brands are headed by Marianna Rosatti. DROMe is an Italian leather brand that expresses minimalist and contemporary styles based on its world-renowned leather production background and advanced craftsmanship, while TWISTY PARALLEL UNIVERSE focuses on art and photography.

This is the first event in the world to bring together the two brands and express designer Marianna's unique worldview in a single space. The space was designed by JARDIN des FLEURS, led by Azuma Makoto, a flower artist whom Marianna admires. The arrangements express the "dark fantasy" that underlies her worldview, creating a fantasy-like yet somewhat surreal and dark space reminiscent of the world of "ALICE IN WONDERLAND." On October 4th during the event, Italy-based drawing artist Gabrielle Rosatti will perform a live painting performance. Gabrielle is designer Marianna's younger brother, and has had a significant influence on her creations. In fact, Twisty Parallel Universe is offering textiles featuring his drawings. One-of-a-kind and limited edition items will also be available to commemorate this event. She began her career in 2007 as a designer for SANTACROCE. He worked with Ugo Cacciatori as head designer for Prada, Neil Barrett, and others, before founding DROMe with his father, Ferrero Rosatti. Drawing inspiration from photography and physical theater, he specializes in highly artistic collections, having designed costumes for British and Italian theater companies. DROMe is a factory brand launched in the Spring/Summer 2009 season by founder Ferrero Rosatti, an Italian leather innovator who has been responsible for all leather for world-renowned fashion houses such as Prada, Neil Barrett, and Jil Sander, and whose highly skilled craftsmanship is backed by his accumulated knowledge and experience, and designer Marianna Rosatti, who is an art-loving artist and constantly pursues new value in leather with her imagination. The brand has frequently featured in international media such as the Italian edition of Vogue and the French edition of Elle, and is sold in over 300 shops around the world, including Le Bon Marche, L'Eclaireur, Rinascente, and Selfridges.Its collections, which feature expressive leather made using exquisite techniques, have received high praise around the world.
