
The Bicycle Film Festival (BFF), a New York-originated bicycle festival, will be held in Aoyama, Tokyo on November 1st and 2nd. This will be the first time it has been held in Tokyo in three years.
The program will feature a best-of selection of films carefully selected from hundreds of submissions from around the world, as well as films unreleased in Japan. Screenings will be held at Aoyama Gakuin University and A Studio, among other venues. The farmers' market in front of the United Nations University in Aoyama will feature bicycle-related merchandise for sale and various workshops. The "Bikes Rock Party" will also be held at 9:00 PM on the 1st, offering a variety of events for everyone to enjoy.
Tickets are available on Peatix for ¥1,000 per program in advance and ¥1,100 on the day. A pass for all programs is also available for ¥2,800.
BFF, founded in New York in 2001, brings together bicycle-related film works. The festival has also been held in Latin American cities such as Mexico City and Buenos Aires, as well as Istanbul and Cape Town. Hundreds of professional and amateur video works are gathered together, offering a wide variety of programs that can only be seen at BFF.
