GEMS Ichigaya, a commercial complex with 10 restaurants, will open in front of Ichigaya Station on November 13th.
The first floor will house the cafe and bar Lucaffe, serving specialty coffee made with beans personally selected by the founder. Low-temperature roasting allows the beans' natural flavor to be fully appreciated. Menus tailored to different occasions will also be available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Other dining options include the Italian restaurant RISTORANTE JAM ORCHESTRA on the second floor, the shabu-shabu restaurant Ginza Shabusen on the seventh floor, the yakiniku restaurant Nakahara on the ninth floor, and Yakihamaguriru Ichigaya on the basement floor.
RISTORANTE JAM ORCHESTRA offers a menu that combines modern French cuisine, showcasing delicate cooking techniques, with Italian cuisine that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. In addition to organic vegetables sourced from contracted farmers, you can enjoy meat dishes cooked to perfection and natural Italian wines.
"Ginza Shabusen" offers the flavors of a long-established Ginza restaurant at reasonable prices. "Nakahara" is the former name of "Sumibiyaki Shichirin," a yakiniku restaurant in Minowa that once ranked #1 on Tabelog. It offers carefully selected cuts of the finest Kuroge Wagyu beef, including the legendary tongue. For lunch, they also offer a hamburger steak menu using the same Wagyu beef. For fresh seafood, we recommend "Yakihamaguriru Ichigaya," which serves grilled clams dog-style. Seafood dishes can be ordered in a variety of styles, including charcoal grilled dishes, sashimi, and original delicacies.
There are also three izakaya restaurants in total. Old Thailand GEMS Ichigaya on the third floor offers Thai cuisine made with an abundance of herbs and spices, while Goshiki GEMS Ichigaya on the fifth floor offers a menu centered around fresh seafood that pairs perfectly with alcohol, as well as the popular kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) style, also popular at the main branch, which uses carefully selected rice. Datehan Iroriya Nidaime Goichi on the sixth floor offers a wide selection of local dishes, including Kinka mackerel sashimi, straw-grilled fatty bonito, and Japanese parsley hotpot, all popular at the main branch in Miyagi. Also on the fourth floor, Bantori Ichigaya, a yakitori restaurant, offers a space suitable for banquets and business meetings, offering creative dishes featuring Miyazaki's Jidori chicken that you won't find at ordinary yakitori restaurants. At the Spanish bar De Salita on the eighth floor, you can order wine by the glass starting at 500 yen and pair them with grilled dishes made with rare cuts of chicken and vegetables grown using microbial farming methods.
