
GRAND TREE MUSASHIKOSUGI, a new commercial facility being developed by Seven & i Holdings near Musashi-Kosugi Station, will have its grand opening on November 22nd with 160 tenants.
The first floor, based on the concept of "My Beautiful Life," will feature select shop lines such as TOMORROWLAND, BEAMS, URBAN RESEARCH ROSSO, and URBAN RESEARCH Sonny Label, as well as women's fashion from StoreRoom and allureville, which offer a selection of domestic and international brands. Other openings include Cosme Kitchen JUICERY, which has an attached juice bar; HAND BAKES, a tart sweets cafe popular with women at Shinjuku Lumine; and BUSHWICK BAKERY & GRILL, a new resort cafe specializing in eggs and breakfast. Located on the second floor, CLOSET & MIRROR, the trendy fashion and beauty floor, is the first Japanese location of Living Nature, a long-established New Zealand cosmetics manufacturer that uses all-natural ingredients. Popular apparel shops include BAYFLOW, SHARE PARK, and niko and..., as well as lifestyle shops BURROWS & SUN and souvenir BY CONCIERGE. NEUTRAL, a new concept by Salon Garden, a popular Tokyo beauty salon, will open its first store in Kanagawa Prefecture. The French Toast Factory will also be opening.
The third floor, based on the concept of "Enjoy Living!", is a floor for lifestyle and hobbies, including books, musical instruments, interior decor, and miscellaneous goods. A collaborative shop between Kinokuniya Bookstore and Shiroyagi Coffee Shop, and a new type of high-quality shirt shop, Tokyo Shirt Collection -2812- (Nihachiichini), will open. Gift shop Canaelle, specialty goods store Angers bon repas, and photo studio Photo Studio HALULU will open their first stores in Kanagawa. In addition to Francfranc and Unico, a new style shop from LOFT will also be opening. The fourth floor, "Handy for Moms," will feature Akachan Honpo, along with high-quality children's fashion brands Petit Main and MARKEY'S. Tully's Coffee Kids Community, a cafe featuring picture books for families (opening for the first time in Japan), Dr. Body Kids & Mommy (opening for the first time in Kanagawa), BorneLund Asobi no Sekai (Play World), and MyGym, a fitness center for children. The Ito-Yokado store opening within the building will feature a food floor with a face-to-face sales floor, a lifestyle store, and a wide selection of private-brand fashion. As part of its opening promotion, the store will implement the "ORIZURU Project," uniting local residents and all staff members. A monument of a large tree with approximately 40,000 folded paper cranes as its leaves will be completed. The Seibu Sogo Musashi-Kosugi Shop on the second floor will offer a "Live Shopping Service" where customers can shop while viewing products from the Sogo Yokohama and Seibu Shibuya stores via live broadcasts, a "Try-On Service" where customers can apply online to try on products featured on a specialized website, and an "Order Delivery Service" where popular items can be ordered from the Sogo Yokohama store. While offering more casual products than the stores in the city center, Diesel, Theory, and Mackintosh Philosophy will open in the first combined men's and women's store in a department store, and will also offer high-quality, sophisticated items that are unique to department stores.
Other facilities include a rooftop garden called "Gurangurin Garden," an open-air space on the first floor with a water sculpture called "AQUA DROP," "Smile Square" on the fourth floor with artificial turf carpeting so children can play barefoot, a rental party space called "PARTY FOR YOU," and photo spots with various designs on the walls, providing a variety of services that will delight local residents and families.
