The facility aims to be "not just a place that sells goods or provides convenience, but a place that makes each and every customer's life richer and happier," and will feature a variety of "love"-themed features. Rather than dividing each floor into genres such as fashion, miscellaneous goods, or food, the stores will be developed based on lifestyle-conscious concepts.

The first floor's concept is "My Beautiful Life," and the goal is to create a floor that, for example, will lift the spirits of women who stop by on their way to work or to pick up and drop off their children by walking around the entire floor. Select shops include BEAMS, URBAN RESEARCH ROSSO, and URBAN RESEARCH's new business, URBAN RESEARCH Sonny Label, as well as Loungedress GALLARDAGALANTE, which also sells miscellaneous goods. Meanwhile, cosmetics retailer Cosme Kitchen, which mainly sells natural and organic cosmetics from around the world, and Australia's first organic cosmetics brand, John Masters Organics, will be opening a store. Restaurants include the tart cafe Handbakes, Da Bocciano, which serves authentic stone-baked pizzas by the 2012 Pizza World Cup champion, as well as Harajuku Gyozarou and Katsu Midori Sushi, all of which are equally popular. Meanwhile, the food section offers a wide selection of wines at Enoteca, a shop specializing in moist chiffon cakes at The Chiffon and Spoon, and Eclair de Lives, which offers a variety of colorful eclairs. Also at the main entrance, a shared space called AQUA GARDEN has been created. It's an open-air space stretching from the first to fourth floors, featuring a 14-meter-high water sculpture accompanied by sound and light. Guests can take a break on a bench surrounded by trees and greenery. The second floor's concept is "CLOSET & MIRROR." It offers fashion and beauty shops, aiming to create a space where you can find everything you need, like a large closet. Sogo & Seibu offers a lineup of popular brands such as Kate Spade, Theory, and Repetto. Other stores opening include lifestyle shops for adults such as Banana Republic, Share Park, and Bayflow, as well as fast fashion brands such as Zara and Gap, which carry women's, men's, and children's clothing.

Neutral, a brand created by popular Harajuku hair salon Garden, will open its first suburban store. This will also be the first store in Japan for New Zealand-born natural cosmetics brand Living Nature.

The third floor, under the concept of "Enjoy Living!", will feature a selection of lifestyle shops, including books and musical instruments. This marks the first collaboration between Shiroyagi Coffee Shop and Kinokuniya Bookstore, providing a relaxing space where customers can read books while sipping on specialty coffee.

In the interior and miscellaneous goods section, "Francfranc" offers a fashionable lifestyle, "Unico" offers a collection of new yet nostalgic items, and "Loft," which has a completely new feel from its existing stores. Other new stores include "HOME & WORKS," which offers a lifestyle incorporating convenience and design, "canaelle," a gift shop offering original gift wrapping and decorations, and "Angers bon repas," a kitchen goods store. Other new stores include "Snow Peak," which offers trekking items, and other fun shops for decorating your hobbies.

The fourth floor has a concept of "Handy for Moms." It's a helpful floor for moms, offering everything from children's items to family fashion and a food court. New stores include "petit main," a girls' and boys' brand that exudes natural cuteness; "rainbow SPECTRUM," which offers pop and cute miscellaneous goods at affordable prices; "Akachan Honpo," a specialty store for baby goods; "Mano Clair," a specialty store for handicraft supplies; and "Gooday Park." "Gooday Park" is Ito-Yokado's new family casual shop, offering "just the right" fit for everyday life. The floor will feature "Asobi no Sekai BorneLund," an educational playground with ball pits and slides. "My Gym," a California-born children's fitness club, will offer language learning and emotional education in native English. Tully's Coffee's new café, "Tully's Coffee Kids Commu," is also scheduled to open, catering to mothers and young children. The food court features the Korean-based restaurant "Bex Bibimbap," which is making its Japanese debut under the auspices of the popular Akasaka restaurant, Zesun Shokudo. A wide variety of menu items are available, including "Pasta Hiro," a fast Italian restaurant by Hiromi Yamada, and "Bulpul," which serves tapioca juice made with premium Taiwanese tea leaves. Two shared spaces are available. "Smile Square" features a safe, barefoot artificial turf carpet covering the entire floor. A large multi-monitor system allows children to interact with the area, and children's events such as picture book readings, fashion shows, and mini concerts are also held. Meanwhile, "PARTY FOR YOU" allows customers to bring in food from the food court menu purchased on the first floor. This rental party space is perfect for relaxing with mom friends or with friends and their families. The rooftop features "The Roof Park," one of Japan's largest commercial gardens, designed to resemble an urban oasis. Comprised of three themes, "PLAY & JOY," "RELAX," and "EAT & FLAVOR," the garden will feature approximately 300 trees and 8,000 plants planted according to the theme. Guests can stroll across the natural grass and wooden decks while enjoying the pleasant light and breeze. Meanwhile, in the flower beds, visitors can enjoy colorful plants throughout the seasons, such as "Million Bells" and "Marguerites" in spring, "Sun Venus" and "Summer Splash" in summer, "Sapphinia" in autumn, and "Winty" in winter. The garden will also be equipped with wooden benches and wooden play equipment, offering a relaxing time for everyone, from children to adults.
