Sarutahiko Coffee, operated by Sarutahiko Coffee Co., Ltd., will be selling spring drinks, "Hana Ichigo Latte" and "Hana Ichigo Milk," for a limited time from February 15, 2021, at Sarutahiko Coffee stores (some exclusions apply).


"Hana Ichigo Latte," a spring drink that was well received last year, will be available again this year in an updated version. The "Hana Ichigo Latte" is a rich, fragrant espresso topped with steamed milk, strawberry sauce made with Italian mascarpone, and a floral syrup made from a unique blend of five domestic herbs (elderflower, damask rose, hibiscus, lavender, and rose red petals). It's topped with pink whipped cream with added floral syrup and strawberry dried flakes, creating a creamy yet light, sweet and sour drink that will make you feel the refreshing arrival of spring.

We'll also be introducing "Hana Ichigo Milk." This gorgeous drink doesn't use espresso, so its spring-like pink hue stands out. Recommended for those who want to fully enjoy the sweet herbal aroma and strawberry flavor.


Sarutahiko Coffee's spring blend, "White Candy Blend," is back this year!
Sarutahiko Coffee's classic spring blend, "White Candy Blend," will be available again in 2021 with a new flavor and packaging. This blend evokes the joyful and upbeat feelings of White Day and the hopeful arrival of spring with a pleasant mouthfeel.

This year's "White Candy Blend" is a new blend of Ethiopian coffee beans and Costa Rica's 2020 National Winner, the high-quality "Revenceros Cipresses 2020nw" beans. This coffee has a floral and elegant impression, with flavors of blueberry and red grape, and a smooth texture that rolls around on the tongue like candy.
