Longchamp Le Pliage collaborates with artist Sarah Morris

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of its iconic Le Pliage bag series, LONGCHAMP has announced a collection in collaboration with American artist Sarah Morris. The collection will be available for pre-sale at a pop-up event on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store on November 26th. The collection features designs by Sarah Morris, known for her complex abstract videos and paintings, on the lightweight and durable Le Pliage series, which is suitable for everyday use. The Le Pliage Eclipse bag features a painting from Sarah's RIO series, "Total Annual Solar Eclipse," printed on pure white material, and is available in two sizes, medium and travel, for ¥27,000 each. The Le Pliage Limited Edition bag, limited to 125 pieces worldwide, features the same painting printed on the finest calfskin and is a smooth, square leather tote bag priced at ¥371,000. Le Pliage Palette comes in eight different colors, with the handles available in either white or black. The white medium size is priced at 15,000 yen, and the small size at 14,000 yen. The black medium size is priced at 13,000 yen, and the travel size at 14,000 yen.

The pop-up event will be held on November 26th in the women's bag department on the first floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku. In addition, from December 3rd, it will be sold exclusively at selected stores, including Longchamp boutiques and online boutiques.
