
Y-3 and British eyewear brand Linda Farrow have collaborated to create the Y-3 x Linda Farrow eyewear line. Based on Linda Farrow's classic silhouette, the collection combines stylish design by Yohji Yamamoto with adidas technology to create a vintage look with sporty and elegant elements. Available for both men and women, the collection ranges in price from ¥24,150 to ¥35,175. The lenses feature CR-39 lenses, which are lighter than glass lenses and less likely to slip, or thin, lightweight polycarbonate lenses, which block nearly 100% of UV rays and are 10 times more impact-resistant than plastic lenses. Available at Y-3 stores in Japan. Y-3 is a collaborative brand launched in 2002 by adidas and designer Yohji Yamamoto. Linda Farrow was started by British writer Linda Farrow in 1970. It closed in the 1980s but was relaunched in 2003 by Linda's son, Simon Jablon.
